We warmly welcome you to join us for our 5 week term of Mums & Bubs Reformer Pilates classes.

Our Mums and Bubs program is perfect for new mums to enjoy an hour of ‘me time’. Our tailored classes are designed to support the recovery and needs of both mums and bubs. And while you’re working on regaining your strength and realigning your body, your baby can enjoy tummy time or a nap on a blanket by your side.

Reformer Pilates is an excellent low-impact option for easing back into exercise after having a baby. These classes focus on activating the pelvic floor, rehabilitating the abdominal muscles, and enhancing upper and lower body strength and posture. Additionally, they include exercises for spinal mobility and stretching to help prevent or alleviate the aches and pains that often come with caring for your baby.

Note:

  • You can begin these classes after your six-week check-up with your Obstetrician or GP and continue until your baby starts crawling;
  • There is limited space for prams, therefore we ask that you only bring yours along if you need to. Otherwise bring bub in their capsule, bouncer or on a mat.
 

Class Informations:

Cancellation notice: Missed classes or late cancellations will be forfeited but we do offer open level make up classes when you are away.

What to bring: Grip socks, water bottle and please bring your playmat and any toys for bub.
