Our Classes

Our classes are designed in a fun, athletic flow format so that you will continually be moving from one exercise to the next with minimal interruptions.  By doing this we are able to give you the most we can in every class.
Every class & teacher is different so you will never be bored and you will continually be challenged in different ways both physically & mentally.
We LOVE props! From the Pilates ball, weights, to resistance bands and dreaded magic circle you are sure to use some of these in our classes.

REFORMER PILATES FLOW (Progressive)

This is a creative, athletic paced, flowing class moving around the reformer for a total body workout. This class frequently includes planks & standing work on the Reformer. It is required that you have some prior Reformer experience before choosing this class. If you are new to the reformer please choose the FORM class first. This class serves many levels because you have the option to increase or decrease the challenge based on the springs you chose or options provided by your instructor. Props such as ball, ring, resistance bands or weights may be used for an additional challenge. You will leave feeling long, lean, toned (and maybe a little shaky)

REFORMER PILATES FORM (Beginner Friendly)

Are you new to Reformer Pilates? Do you want to take things a little slower to focus on better form & alignment? Then this class is for you! In this class you’ll learn some of the basic fundamentals of Pilates, you’ll learn how to work efficiently and effectively on the Pilates Reformer and you will learn how to modify/advance exercises for your body type so that you can confidently take group FLOW classes.

REFORMER PILATES ATHLETIC (Progressive to Intermediate)

A dynamic, full body workout designed to lift your heart rate and get your muscles on fire. This high energy class will sculpt, tone and reshape your body while burning lots of calories and having lots of fun. We Will incorporate quick transitions and will introduce you to more advanced exercises and use of the apparatus such as dumbbells and jump board, ensuring a greater challenge and a cardio lift. This class is ideal for those wanting to be challenged athletically with a HIIT style and faster paced reformer class, designed to elevate your practice and extend you beyond your comfort zone for targeted results. Raise your heart rate and get the blood pumping.

REFORMER EXPRESS

An ideal session for those looking to find their flow before heading to work or during lunch time. This 35-minute workout delivers a faster-paced experience while preserving your favourite class Pilates essentials. We may spice up with Dumbbells and jump boards to help lift your heart rate.

MAT PILATES (All Levels)

The Pilates Matwork is a series of floor exercises, precisely ordered, designed to strengthen and stretch the entire body. The exercises were created using six basic principles; concentration, centering, control, precision, breathing, and flow. Once the knowledge of the exercises and skill to perform them are developed, the matwork can be a comprehensive and well rounded workout for the average, healthy individual.

LOW PRESSURE FITNESS (All Levels)

Low Pressure Fitness (LPF) is a postural and respiratory training program. Inspired by the hypopressive technique, it combines myofascial stretching, postural and respiratory re-education, and dynamic neural mobilization. It is taught based on the most advanced didactic methodology of neuroeducation.

Low-Pressure Fitness is an effective technique used for core restoration, particularly helpful and safe for postpartum rehabilitation from conditions such as Diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and pelvic floor dysfunction including prolapse and incontinence.

MUMS AND BUBS (All Levels)

Our Mums and Bubs program is perfect for new mums with babies up to the age of one to enjoy an hour of ‘me time’. Our tailored classes are designed to support the recovery and needs of both mums and bubs. And while you’re working on regaining your strength and realigning your body, your baby can enjoy tummy time or a nap on a blanket by your side.

We specialise in flexibility – we get it, babies are unpredictable – so don’t be afraid to come along, bring your adorable bub and give it a go.

YOGA (All Levels)

Yoga is an ancient practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. It is a low-impact exercise that can improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Additionally, yoga can also help reduce stress, improve sleep, and boost mental clarity and focus. These classes are running by Shine Mindbody.

PRIVATE (PILATES, PERSONAL TRAINER AND LPF)

Private Pilates is perfect for anyone looking for more assistance or who would like a program tailored to their body and goals. Privates provide a great opportunity for one-on-one learning and are available to book regularly or as a one-off. Private sessions are ideal if you have an injury, niggle, or are transitioning from working with a physiotherapist. We set and achieve your goals together and work with clients of all ages, fitness, and experience levels. Private clients are welcome to bring their baby or young child.
