The team really takes care of us-making sure everyone feels comfortable, working within our limits, and always modifying exercises when needed. I used to struggle with a lot of knee pain and had seen multiple physios without much improvement. When I started classes with Luciane, she took the time to adapt the sessions for me. Now, I come 2-3 times a week, and my knee pain has stopped. I feel so much stronger! All of the instructors are fantastic-it's such a fun atmosphere! I always look forward to coming here and feel so supported. Highly recommend Inhale Exhale Pilates to anyone!" RissaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A hidden gem in the heart of the Broadway Fair Shopping mall. Inhale Exhale is the first Pilates studio where I truly felt comfortable and supported on my fitness journey. The studio is spacious with intimate classes of up to 10 people. The instructors are warm and attentive, and really make an effort to cater to your needs. I particularly like the form classes held by Luh and the recovery flow classes by Jo. I would highly recommend booking at this studio for all fitness levels. Can’t wait to do my next class 💛 Carissa Daisy ReevesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I love Inhale Exhale! As a student I love the supportive community at this studio with all of the flexible class times, packages and awesome instructors. Luh has been so amazing with keeping me motivated and I love coming to class. The sessions come in a few different levels so as a complete beginner it was great to settle in then try the more advanced classes too! All the instructors come from a range of different backgrounds so its great to try many styles of pilates. Definitely recommend for students at UWA as the studio is just tucked away in Broadway, super close to campus. RoumeliaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Before I start I have diagnosed with arthritis in my both knees. ( I’m 71 years older) I have been recommended to take 3 injections in both knees, and after that I was still in pain. I couldn’t walk, couldn’t take stairs. So I decided to take exercises. I looking for seniors classes , and then I find in Nedlands, Inhale Exhale. They recommend me to start with the beginner Classes 3 times per week. In the beginning I found it really hard but the girls ( the teachers) helped me with all modifications and I stick with the plan. It has been helping me to build muscles around my knees and I helped me lost weight (8kg up to now). Now I can run around the stairs, I can touch my toes and increased mobility. I feel more energy and happier. I love being here because I found other members with the same situation and we support each other. It is great because the girls are really friendly and we feel welcome. It is like a family ❤️. Specially me because I am foreigner and English is not my first language. Amazing reformer class - unlike many pilates studios I've tried which might rush through without much focus on posture, the classes are really well thought out with a real focus on technique. Luciana is very knowledgeable and the mums and bubs classes are awesome, could not recommend more. Titian RatuTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This studio is a hidden gem, and I love that it’s just a short walk from home. The space is equipped with 10 reformer machines, which allows the instructor to give everyone personalized attention. I’ve tried their stretch, beginner, and flow progressive classes, and each one offers something unique. The stretch class is perfect for loosening up, while the beginner class provides a solid foundation for those new to Pilates. The progressive class, though challenging, was incredibly rewarding—my legs were shaking by the end (in a good way) and I felt amazing afterward. The studio also has a wonderful community vibe, with lots of regulars who clearly enjoy being part of the space. I’ll definitely be returning :) Sulham SyahidTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
