Discover our range of classes

Our classes are designed in a fun, athletic flow format so that you will continually be moving from one exercise to the next with minimal interruptions. By doing this we are able to give you the most we can in every class.

Every class & teacher is different so you will never be bored and you will continually be challenged in different ways both physically & mentally.

Reformer Pilates Form – Are you new to Reformer Pilates? Do you want to take things a little slower to focus on better form & alignment? Then this class is for you!

This class is perfect for newcomers seeking a safe and effective class to establish a strong Pilates foundation.

In this class you’ll learn some of the basic fundamentals of Pilates, you’ll learn how to work efficiently and effectively on the Pilates Reformer and you will learn how to modify some exercises for your body type so that you can confidently take group FLOW classes.

Pregnancy friendly

Reformer Pilates Flow -This is a creative and dynamic class that utilizes the reformer to deliver a full-body workout that strengthens, stretches, and tones your body.

This class frequently includes planks & standing work on the Reformer. It is required that you have some prior Reformer experience before choosing this class. If you are new to the reformer please choose the FORM class first.

This class serves many levels because you have the option to increase or decrease the challenge based on the springs you chose or options provided by your instructor.

Props such as balls, rings, resistance bands, or weights may be used for an additional challenge. You will leave feeling long, lean, toned (and maybe a little shaky).

Not prenatal-friendly

Reformer Pilates Athletic – This high-energy class brings a HIIT-inspired, faster-paced approach to Reformer Pilates, designed to push you beyond your comfort zone for noticeable, targeted results. Get ready to elevate your practice with quick transitions, intermediate-level exercises, and creative use of equipment like dumbbells and the jump board. Expect your heart rate to rise, your blood to pump, and your body to be challenged in all the right ways—as a great cardio boost.

Reformer Pilates Strong – Combine traditional Pilates with intense strength training, using bands, dumbbells, and bodyweight resistance to build power, endurance, and stability. We’re here to heat things up, fire up those muscles, and leave you glowing with post-workout satisfaction. It’s intense, invigorating, and empowering. 

Both Classes are Perfect for: Those eager to challenge themselves, push boundaries, and walk away feeling stronger than ever.

Not prenatal-friendly or injuries

Low Pressure Fitness (LPF) is a series of breathing and postural exercises that safely strengthen our deepest core muscles. These are the muscles that create the foundation for upright posture and joint stability. They also help control normal bodily processes and function of the bladder and bowels. Oftentimes, these muscles can be affected from an injury, surgery, pregnancy, illness or sedentary lifestyle.

The program is recommended:

– Postpartum Rehab;

– Prevent Leakage;

– Pelvic Organ Prolapse;

– Slim the Waistline;

– Diastase recti;

– and more.

Not prenatal-friendly

The Pilates Mat-work is a series of floor exercises, precisely ordered, designed to strengthen and stretch the entire body. The exercises were created using six basic principles; concentration, centering, control, precision, breathing, and flow.

Once the knowledge of the exercises and skill to perform them are developed, the mat-work can be a comprehensive and well-rounded workout for the average, healthy individual.

I have tried Pilates before and did not like it!! This place has my heart!! I have been to 3x sessions already and every time I attend a class, my experience is even better each time. The reformer classes are amazing, you can see there is preparation behind this, there is a flow through all the stages of the class. The instructor Luciane shows her passion for it, she also worries about your correct breathing along the movements. I have another feeling about Pilates now thanks to her and her beautiful studio. It is worth checking it out!!

The best Pilates Studio I've been training, the room is beautiful nice and clean, equipments are new and very well organised, very welcoming atmosphere. I've been attending classes for a couple of weeks, the instructor Luciane is amazing, very dedicated about what she does, incredible professional, support everyone during the class. The Inhale Exhale Pilates Studio offers a great space to improve our flexibility, self care, the classes always is different which gives us chance to workout full body every class.
