I couldn’t walk, couldn’t take stairs. So I decided to take exercises. I looking for seniors classes , and then I find in Nedlands, Inhale Exhale. They recommend me to start with the beginner Classes 3 times per week. In the beginning I found it really hard but the girls ( the teachers) helped me with all modifications and I stick with the plan.
